Commends Miss Darynne Dahlem of Greenwood, Arkansas for her service as Miss Arkansas 2019 and 2020, making her the only person to serve in the title for two consecutive years due to the cancellation of the 2020 pageant from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recognizes her educational achievements including a May 2019 bachelor of science degree in animal science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and her current enrollment in medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences pursuing a doctor of medicine degree to become a pediatric cardiologist.

Acknowledges her receipt of over $100,000 in scholarships from Miss Arkansas, Miss America, and various other competitions.

Highlights her advocacy work as a spokesperson for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Arkansas Children's Hospital, promotion of her personal platform "Know Who You Are," and support for youth mentorship programs and the Save AR Students initiative.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to Miss Dahlem upon adoption.
