Establishes a maximum of 10 employees for the Arkansas State Claims Commission for fiscal year 2022-2023, including 1 director (GS13), 1 administrative analyst (GS06), 3 administrative specialists (GS03), and 5 claims commissioners (GS02)

Appropriates $601,774 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $367,135 for regular salaries and $139,249 for personal services matching

Appropriates $2,250,000 from the Miscellaneous Revolving Fund for payment of claims to surviving spouses and dependent children of deceased law enforcement and correctional officers killed in the line of duty, as well as small controversial and non-controversial claim awards

Appropriates $8,000 from the State Central Services Fund for expense reimbursements for the Firefighter Benefit Review Panel for fiscal year 2022-2023

Effective date is July 1, 2022
