Establishes maximum of 220 regular employees for Ozarka College for fiscal year 2022-2023, with specific salary ranges from $32,885 (Watchman) to $176,159 (President).

Authorizes up to 100 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $4,700,270 from the Ozarka College Fund for state operations including $3,478,970 in regular salaries, $125,000 for extra help, and $1,095,000 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $15,501,000 from cash funds for operations including $4,000,000 in regular salaries, $5,000,000 for operating expenses, $1,500,000 for capital improvements, and $1,000,000 for debt service.

Effective July 1, 2022, with all disbursements subject to State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
