Appropriates $71,752,965 in federal funds to the State Department for Social Security Administration Disability Determination for fiscal year 2022-2023, including $37,005,820 for regular salaries and $12,009,960 for personal services matching.

Authorizes 591 maximum regular employees across 38 classified positions, ranging from the DDSSA Director (Grade SE03) to Fiscal Support Specialists (Grade GS04), plus up to 20 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees.

Limits Extra Help employees to 1,800 hours maximum in any single fiscal year and allocates $450,000 for temporary staffing needs.

Grants the department director authority to establish up to 250 additional full-time positions beyond those listed, subject to approval from the Office of Personnel Management and review by the Arkansas Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee, when financed by federal funds.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022 and requires all fund disbursement to comply with state procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws.
