Appropriates $795,000 to the Auditor of State from the Constitutional Officers Fund for fiscal year 2022-2023, including $350,000 for special/recalled judges for circuit courts, $400,000 for trial judges expenses, and $45,000 for district judges travel expense reimbursement

Appropriates $368,000 to the Arkansas House of Representatives from the Constitutional Officers Fund for interim expense reimbursements to Representatives for fiscal year 2022-2023

Appropriates $200,000 to the Arkansas Senate from the Constitutional Officers Fund for interim expense reimbursements to Senators for fiscal year 2022-2023

Designates the Auditor of State, Secretary of the Senate, and Chief of Staff of the House as disbursing officers for their respective appropriations

Establishes that members of the preceding and newly elected General Assembly are eligible to attend the biennial Institute of Legislative Procedure and receive per diem and mileage reimbursement

Act becomes effective July 1, 2022
