Establishes maximum regular salaries and employee positions for Northwest Arkansas Community College for fiscal year 2022-2023, with 1,116 total employees including administrative, classified, and academic staff at specified salary rates.

Appropriates $13,676,397 from the Northwest Arkansas Community College Fund for regular salaries under state operations.

Appropriates $58,356,943 from cash funds for personal services and operating expenses, including $21,657,889 for regular salaries, $1,430,030 for extra help, and $14,624,375 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $265,942 for the Northwest Arkansas Community College Child Protection Training Center for personal services and operating expenses.

Authorizes up to 360 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") to be paid at rates not exceeding those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act; effective July 1, 2022.
