AR HB1020

Establishes maximum of 216 regular employees for the Department of Transformation and Shared Services - Division of Information Systems for fiscal year 2022-2023, with specified job classifications and salary grades ranging from GS03 to SE04.

Authorizes up to 18 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $116,087,662 from the Division of Information Systems Revolving Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $14,620,773 for regular salaries, $9,224,996 for operational expenses, and $59,702,882 for telecommunication/technology delivery.

Appropriates $3,500,000 from the Information Technology Reserve Fund for major equipment acquisitions and information technology improvements.

Grants the Director authority to adjust billing rates for federal compliance and transfer funds between the Information Technology Reserve Fund and Division of Information Systems Revolving Fund, subject to Chief Fiscal Officer and Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee approval.
