Establishes a maximum of 379 regular employees for National Park College for fiscal year 2022-2023, including administrative, academic, and auxiliary positions with specified salary ranges.

Authorizes up to 402 temporary or part-time employees ("Extra Help") to be paid at rates not exceeding those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $11,873,222 from the National Park College Fund for state operations, including $9,200,000 for regular salaries, $1,300,000 for personal services matching, and $1,347,047 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $16,615,000 from cash funds for college operations, including $2,100,000 for regular salaries, $1,300,000 for extra help, $4,500,000 for operating expenses, $3,850,000 for capital improvements, and $1,800,000 for debt service.

Effective July 1, 2022, with all disbursements subject to state procurement laws, accounting procedures, and fiscal control regulations.
