Appropriates funds for the Department of Public Safety for fiscal year 2022-2023, including salaries, personal services matching, and operating expenses across multiple divisions and programs.

Allocates $40 million for the Public Safety Equipment Grant Program and $1.5 billion in claims for the Crime Victims Reparation Program.

Grants the Chief Fiscal Officer authority to create Shared Services paying accounts and direct fund transfers within the department, effective from passage through June 30, 2023.
