Establishes a maximum of 102 regular employees for the Department of Education - Educational Television Division (AETN) for fiscal year 2022-2023, with positions ranging from AETN Director (Grade SE02) to various support and production staff (Grade GS03-GS13).

Authorizes 5 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees for State Operations and 46 temporary or part-time employees for Cash Operations, payable at rates under the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $5,883,054 from the Educational Television Fund Account for State Operations, including $3,815,346 for regular salaries, $8,800 for extra help, and $1,239,929 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $8,658,302 from the cash fund for Cash Operations, including $1,412,258 for regular salaries, $366,930 for extra help, $523,598 for personal services matching, and $5,956,516 for maintenance, operations, grants, and promotional items.

Effective July 1, 2022, with all disbursements subject to compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
