Appropriates $66,532,416 for DHS Secretary's Office operations for fiscal year 2022-2023, including $36,456,698 in regular salaries, $12,458,963 in personal services matching, and $2,016,710 in data processing services.

Establishes maximum of 672 regular employees across various DHS positions and authorizes up to 27 part-time or temporary employees ("Extra Help").

Appropriates $15,914,729 from the DHS Renovation Fund for construction, renovation, maintenance, equipment, and repairs of DHS facilities.

Authorizes nursing/direct care education stipends ($5,000 per student per year) and recruitment/retention bonuses (up to $4,000 for Registered Nurses, $2,000 for Licensed Practical Nurses, $1,000 for nursing assistants and behavioral health aides).
