Appropriates $109,206,467 to Revenue Services Division for operations, including $58,615,536 for regular salaries of 1,566 employees and $22,115,931 for personal services matching

Appropriates $780,000,000 for individual income tax and ad valorem property tax rebates and $200,000,000 for corporate income tax refunds to be paid from respective withholding funds

Establishes maximum employee counts and salary grades for each division and authorizes temporary/part-time "Extra Help" employees; effective July 1, 2022
