Appropriates $18,840,928 in federal vocational and technical education funds, including $662,907 in regular salaries, $16,740,680 in vocational education grants to local school districts, and $1,213,000 in operating expenses.

Appropriates $27,472,222 total for local school district grants and special programs: $1,119,433 for Coordinated Career Education Services, $21,816,789 for Vocational Center Aid, $4,740,000 for Vocational Start-Up Grants, and $5,226,539 for Career Coaches Program.
