Establishes maximum of 200 regular employees for Cossatot Community College for fiscal year 2022-2023, with detailed salary schedules ranging from $39,202 for Apprentice Tradesman to $176,159 for Chancellor.

Authorizes up to 100 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $5,262,474 in state operations funds for regular salaries ($3,398,500), extra help ($40,000), personal services matching ($915,000), and maintenance and general operations ($893,974).
