Reappropriates $478,728 in unspent balance from Act 201 of 2021 for special maintenance, effective July 1, 2022, payable from the Arkansas Division of Heritage Special Fund Account.

Reappropriates $29,500,000 in unspent balance from Act 864 of 2021 for grants and loans to state agencies, cities, counties, and non-profit organizations for heritage preservation, arts advancement, and cultural history projects.

Reappropriates $9,750,000 in unspent balance from Act 832 of 2021 for grants supporting acquisition, management, stewardship, or preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures, and objects.

Requires all disbursements to comply with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and revenue stabilization laws unless specifically exempted, and prohibits use of maintenance and general operations funds for these appropriations.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
