Reappropriates $4,238,511 in capital improvement funds to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $24,250,000 to the Division of Arkansas State Police for construction of a driving track at Camp Robinson ($8,000,000), development of an online reporting system for Crimes Against Children Division ($750,000), maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment ($1,500,000), and addition of a twin engine helicopter to the aircraft fleet ($14,000,000), effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $3,500,000 to the State Crime Laboratory for division-wide maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $758,480 to the Arkansas Crime Information Center for upgrades to the Sex Offender Registry, effective July 1, 2022.

Funds are payable from the Development and Enhancement Fund and may be supplemented with grants, donations, federal funds, or unobligated cash income; all disbursements must comply with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws.
