Reappropriates balances from previous capital improvement appropriations to the Department of Corrections - Division of Community Correction, effective July 1, 2022.

Appropriates $378,000 from the Development and Enhancement Fund for partial roof repair and replacement at East Central Arkansas Community Correction Center.

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Development and Enhancement Fund for construction, major maintenance, and renovation of all facilities.

Appropriates $7,436,370 from the Community Correction Revolving Fund for building purchases in Searcy ($800,000) and Northwest Arkansas ($1,200,000), plus maintenance and improvements to real property and facilities ($5,436,370).

Requires compliance with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary, and fiscal control laws; permits use of grants, donations, and federal funds to supplement appropriations; prohibits use of maintenance and operations funds for appropriated projects.
