Appropriates $50,000 from the State Central Services Fund to the Department of Transformation and Shared Services - Employee Benefits Division for commission member stipends and mileage payments for fiscal year 2021-2022.

Allocates $25,000 for Public School Employee Health Benefit Advisory Commission mileage and stipend payments.

Allocates $25,000 for State Employee Health Benefit Advisory Commission mileage and stipend payments.

Requires compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Declares an emergency clause, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval due to insufficient funds for the Department to continue essential governmental services.
