Establishes 14 maximum regular employees for the Arkansas Senate staff services for fiscal year 2022-2023, including positions such as Director of Senate, Chief Counsel, Fiscal Officer, and Constituent Advisors at various grade levels (SE01-SE04 and GS09-GS12).

Appropriates $2,738,787 from the State Central Services Fund for staff services, comprising $1,963,896 for regular salaries, $50,000 for extra help, $549,891 for personal service matching, and $175,000 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $15,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund for State Orientation expenses including per diem and mileage reimbursement for Senate members attending pre-legislative orientation programs.

Appropriates $3,500,000 each from the Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund as reappropriations of unspent balances from prior fiscal years for general Senate operations.

Appropriates $700,000 each for computerization of the legislative process and for construction, improvements, renovations and equipping of Senate facilities, both payable from the State Central Services Fund.
