Establishes a maximum of 6 regular employees for the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission for fiscal year 2022-2023, including an Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Fiscal Manager, Investigator, Paralegal, and Legal/Administrative Secretary.

Appropriates $720,707 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for personal services and operating expenses, including $392,341 for regular salaries and $122,521 for personal services matching.

Allocates funding for operating expenses ($96,150), conferences and travel ($8,875), professional fees ($72,740), and investigator expenses ($28,080).

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Becomes effective on July 1, 2022 and was approved on February 22, 2022.
