Appropriates $15,670,978 in state funds for Monticello operations including $12,000,000 for regular salaries and $2,470,978 for operating expenses

Appropriates $27,581,000 in cash funds for Monticello operations including $5,750,000 for salaries, $700,000 for extra help, and $7,800,000 for capital outlay

Provides appropriations for Center for Forest Business ($841,915), McGehee campus ($2,536,265 state and $940,150 cash funds), and Crossett campus ($1,882,780 state and $1,003,660 cash funds)
