Appropriates $8,882,843 for Trial Court Administrators including $6,367,803 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS07, plus personal services matching, expenses, and substitute costs.

Appropriates $10,938,962 for Official Court Reporters of Circuit Courts including $7,210,472 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS08, plus personal services matching, expenses allowance, indigent transcripts, and substitute costs.

Appropriates $4,618,100 for reimbursement of salaries for full-time juvenile probation and intake officers per Arkansas Code § 16-13-327 and § 16-13-328.

Appropriates $796,068 for Drug Court Juvenile Probation & Intake Officers (13 employees at Grade GS06) including salaries, personal services matching, and Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY) program expenses.

Increases state reimbursement for juvenile probation and intake officers from $15,000 to $20,000 per year and amends real property transfer tax distribution to supplement State Central Services Fund for court reporter salaries when Court Reporter's Fund is inadequate.
