Establishes a maximum of 265 regular employees for the Auditor of State - Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, including positions ranging from Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II (3 employees, Grade GS15) to Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Part-Time I (52 employees, Grade GS09).

Appropriates $25,530,539 from the State Central Services Fund for fiscal year 2022-2023, comprised of $19,580,655 for regular salaries, $5,945,084 for personal services matching, and $4,800 for special deputy expense allowance.

Requires compliance with state fiscal control laws including the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act.

Mandates that funds be disbursed in accordance with agency requests, executive recommendations, and legislative recommendations documented in budget manuals and official meeting minutes.

Takes effect on July 1, 2022, and was approved March 7, 2022.
