Appropriates $5,959,010 from the State Central Services Fund for the Arkansas Supreme Court's personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2022-2023, including $3,503,109 for regular salaries and $30,000 for extra help.

Establishes a maximum of 48 regular employees for the Arkansas Supreme Court across positions including law clerks, attorneys, administrative staff, and support personnel at specified pay grades.

Appropriates $5,279,200 from cash funds for the Arkansas Supreme Court - Bar of Arkansas for fiscal year 2022-2023, with $1,615,000 allocated for regular salaries and $1,690,000 for refunds, investments, and transfers.

Authorizes a maximum of 25 regular employees for the Bar of Arkansas division and allows up to 5 temporary or part-time employees for both the Supreme Court and Bar of Arkansas when needed.

Effective July 1, 2022, with all disbursements subject to compliance with state procurement law, accounting procedures, and fiscal control regulations administered by the Department of Finance and Administration.
