Establishes a maximum of 5 regular employees for the Department of Energy and Environment - Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board for fiscal year 2022-2023, including 1 director (GS12), 3 inspectors (GS05), 1 fiscal specialist (GS04), and 1 administrative specialist (GS03).

Authorizes up to 1 temporary or part-time employee ("Extra Help") at rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $455,629 from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, allocated as: $239,516 for regular salaries, $8,300 for extra help, $82,713 for personal services matching, $113,300 for operating expenses, $6,000 for conference and travel, and $5,800 for professional fees.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, and regulations promulgated by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Effective July 1, 2022.
