Appropriates $1,392,340 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Office for fiscal year 2022-2023, including $775,385 for regular salaries, $6,463 for extra help, and $243,400 for personal services matching.

Establishes 12 maximum full-time employees including 1 State Geographic Info Officer (Grade IT10), 1 GIS Lead (Grade IT08), 4 Senior GIS Analysts (Grade IT07), 2 GIS Analysts (Grade IT06), 1 Land Survey State Surveyor (Grade GS12), 1 Surveyor (Grade GS09), and 2 Administrative Specialists.

Authorizes 1 temporary or part-time employee ("Extra Help") at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for creating, operating, and maintaining Geostor (Arkansas Spatial Data Infrastructure) and framework spatial data as defined by Arkansas Code.

Requires unexpended balances from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to be transferred to the Geographic Information Systems Fund for maintenance of the spatial data infrastructure, effective July 1, 2022.
