• Appropriates $12.9 million from the University of Arkansas Fund for personal services and operating expenses of the University of Arkansas System and various divisions for fiscal year 2022-2023, allocated to System Administration ($4.9 million), Criminal Justice Institute ($2.9 million), Archeological Survey ($2.6 million), and Clinton School ($2.5 million).

• Appropriates $120.1 million in cash funds for the same entities, including regular salaries ($7.2 million), extra help ($498,730), overtime ($92,700), maintenance and general operations ($29.0 million), capital improvements ($8.3 million), and debt service ($3.8 million).

• Establishes maximum of 366 regular full-time employees across system administration, Arkansas Archeological Survey, Criminal Justice Institute, Clinton School of Public Service, Arkansas Research and Education Optical Network, and Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts, with specified salary rates.
