Appropriates $1,782,329,928 total for the Department of Education for fiscal year 2022-2023 across multiple fund accounts including Shared Services, State Operations, Federal Grants, Child Nutrition, and other programs.

Establishes maximum employee counts and salary grades for 75 regular employees in Shared Services and 317 regular employees in the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education - State Operations.

Authorizes 8 temporary/part-time "Extra Help" positions for State Operations and 3 for Federal Elementary and Secondary Education at rates not to exceed Uniform Classification and Compensation Act standards.

Includes appropriations for specialized programs: Child Nutrition Program ($428,391,547), Federal Elementary and Secondary Education ($1,282,329,928), Medicaid Administration Claiming Program ($31,250,000), Succeed Scholarship Program ($3,300,000), and grants to Save the Children ($2,500,000).

Allows carry-forward of unexpended fund balances from the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education Fund Account to the following fiscal year, with notification requirements to the Department of Finance and Administration and Legislative Council.
