Reappropriates $1,000,000 from Act 893 of 2021 for academic training grants to enhance standardized testing achievement for poor and minority students in elementary and secondary schools and students in predominantly minority-serving higher education institutions, effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $784,107 from Act 173 of 2021 for computer science initiatives, effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $5,000,000 from Act 856 of 2021 for building and grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance contracts, insurance, janitorial services, and operations at four Department of Education buildings in the Capitol Complex, effective July 1, 2022.

Reappropriates $4,121,352 from Act 173 of 2021 for maintenance, equipment contracts, insurance, and operations at four Department of Education buildings in the Capitol Complex, effective July 1, 2022.

Requires all appropriations to comply with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, and fiscal control regulations, and establishes that funds must be used in accordance with legislative intent as documented in budget manuals and committee minutes.
