Reappropriates $101,000 in balances from Act 175 of 2021 to the Department of Commerce - State Insurance Department, payable from the Development and Enhancement Fund, effective July 1, 2022

Allocated funds support cemetery maintenance and operations for insolvent, licensed perpetual care cemeteries in court-ordered receivership or conservatorship for 5 or more years

Funds may be used for cemetery acquisition costs (not to exceed $1,000) and grants to non-profit or government entities for care and improvement of historic perpetual care cemeteries

Prohibits contracts and obligations in excess of available State Treasury funds, though agencies may supplement with grants, donations, Federal funds, and unobligated cash income

All fund disbursements must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations
