Reappropriates $510,000 in federal funds to the Department of Human Services - Division of County Operations, effective July 1, 2022, for replacement of computer system equipment at field offices.

Funds represent the balance of appropriations originally provided in Act 167 of 2021 and are designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State.

Authorizes agencies to accept and use grants, donations, and federal funds to supplement state treasury funds for project financing, but prohibits use of maintenance and general operations funds for these purposes.

Requires strict compliance with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and department of finance regulations in disbursement of funds.

Act is effective July 1, 2022 and was approved on February 25, 2022.
