AR SB81

Reappropriates the balance of capital improvement funds from Act 852 of 2021 to the Department of Transformation and Shared Services - Division of Information Systems for critical equipment acquisition and upgrades, not to exceed $30,000,000.

Funds are payable from the Development and Enhancement Fund and become effective July 1, 2022.

Requires all disbursements to comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and regulations of the Department of Finance and Administration.

Authorizes agencies to accept and use grants, donations including Federal funds, and unobligated cash income to supplement State Treasury funds for project financing.

Specifies that Maintenance and General Operations appropriations for the receiving agency cannot be used for purposes covered by this reappropriation.
