Appropriates $54,327 from the University of Arkansas Medical Center Fund for the Psychiatric Research Institute ($29,327) and Department of Pediatrics ($25,000) to fund training, treatment, community provider services, personal services, and advocate education for trauma programs for children and adolescents

Appropriates $25,000 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement for personal services and maintenance and operating expenses, supplementing Act 1005 of 2021

Declares an emergency clause due to insufficient funds for University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences operations, making the act effective upon passage and approval

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws
