Extends the Fiscal Session of the 93rd General Assembly until 12:00 noon on March 30, 2022

Authorizes the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate to reconvene the General Assembly by joint proclamation before March 30, 2022, to consider gubernatorial vetoes or correct errors and oversights

Keeps the House and Senate offices open on regular business days through March 30, 2022, to receive gubernatorial veto communications and error notifications, in accordance with the 5-day veto period under Arkansas Constitution Article 6, Section 15

Allows the legislative leaders to adjourn the Fiscal Session early by joint proclamation if they determine reconvening is unnecessary

Automatically adjourns the Fiscal Session sine die on March 30, 2022, if the General Assembly is not reconvened or adjourned before that date
