Call for the United States to reduce dependence on foreign oil by increasing domestic oil production and reauthorizing the Keystone Pipeline.

Call for the United States to provide military aid to Ukraine, including anti-aircraft munitions, small arms, and vital military equipment.

Urge the United States to support Taiwan against aggression from the People's Republic of China, and direct the Arkansas Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies to federal and state officials.
