Authorizes municipal fire department bomb squad members to carry concealed handguns without a license when acting in official capacity, provided they meet specified requirements.

Requires bomb squad members to have completed the part-time law enforcement officer course approved by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training.

Establishes seven conditions for authorized concealed carry: valid employment status, official capacity, no disciplinary suspension, valid identification badge, no federal firearms prohibitions, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and fingerprints on file with Arkansas State Police.

Amends three sections of Arkansas Code (§ 5-73-119, § 5-73-120, and § 5-73-122) to add bomb squad members as exceptions to prohibitions on carrying weapons on school property, in certain public spaces, and in state buildings.

Exempts bomb squad members carrying concealed handguns under this authority from the prohibitions and limitations of § 5-73-306.
