AR HB1023

Amends Arkansas Code Title 25, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1 to add section 25-1-126 requiring all United States flags and Arkansas state flags purchased by public entities with public funds must be made and manufactured in the United States.

Defines "public entity" to include state departments, political subdivisions, public school districts, charter schools, institutions of higher education, constitutional officers' offices, courts, and other state instrumentalities funded in whole or in part by public funds.

Defines "public funds" as state, county, or local government moneys, including funds from any department, agency, or instrumentality authorized or appropriated under state law.

Applies requirement to purchases by all listed public entities using any state, county, or local government funds.
