Replaces all references to "computer child pornography" with "possession or use of child sexual abuse material" throughout Arkansas Code § 5-27-603 and related statutes.

Updates terminology in Arkansas Code § 5-27-604 to replace "failure to report computer child pornography" with "failure to report the existence of child sexual abuse material," maintaining Class A misdemeanor penalty.

Applies terminology changes across 15 sections of Arkansas Code covering educator licensure (§ 6-17-410 and § 6-17-414), sex offense definitions (§ 12-12-104 and § 12-12-903), criminal background checks (§ 21-15-102, § 21-15-103, and § 21-15-104), and other disqualifying offense provisions.

Maintains existing criminal penalties and legal consequences, with possession or use of child sexual abuse material remaining a Class B felony under § 5-27-603.
