Creates new § 27-50-409 establishing additional fines for speeding violations: $250 for exceeding speed limit by 25+ m.p.h., $500 for 35+ m.p.h., and $1,000 for 45+ m.p.h. over posted limit

All fines collected shall be deposited into the State Drug Crime Enforcement and Prosecution Grant Fund for multi-jurisdictional drug crime task forces

Courts may order public service work in addition to fines: 20 hours for 25+ m.p.h. over limit, 30 hours for 35+ m.p.h., and 40 hours for 45+ m.p.h. over limit

Amends Arkansas Code §§ 12-17-102(b), 19-6-301, and 19-6-817(b) to add references to § 27-50-409 as revenue sources for the State Drug Crime Enforcement and Prosecution Grant Fund
