Appropriates $4,046,246 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $2,981,488 for regular salaries and $999,758 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $32,300,000 from cash funds for delinquent tax operations, including $1,500,000 for operating expenses, $2,000,000 for professional fees, and $27,500,000 for delinquent tax remittal and sale refunds.

Appropriates an additional $267,800 for capital outlay/operating expenses and $250,000 for submerged lands projects, with an effective date of July 1, 2023.
