• Appropriates $171.3 million total for the Department of Human Services Medicaid Tobacco Settlement Program for fiscal year 2023-2024, funded from the Medicaid Expansion Program Account

• Establishes 20 maximum regular employee positions across two divisions: 1 program manager in Medical Services and 19 positions in Provider Services and Quality Assurance (including registered nurses, program managers, eligibility supervisors/specialists, and administrative staff)
