AR HB1162

Authorizes microbrewery-restaurants to manufacture and sell ready-to-drink products containing spirituous liquor with no more than 15% alcohol by weight.

Allows ready-to-drink products manufactured at microbrewery-restaurants to be sold for off-premises consumption only from the location where the product is manufactured.

Restricts on-premises consumption of ready-to-drink products to cities and counties where intoxicating liquor sales are not prohibited and on-premises alcoholic beverage sales have been approved by referendum.

Requires microbrewery-restaurant license holders manufacturing ready-to-drink products to comply with all federal laws and obtain a license to distill, warehouse, or process spirituous liquor from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.

Amends definitions and references throughout the microbrewery-restaurant licensing code to include ready-to-drink products alongside beer, malt beverages, and hard cider.
