Creates the Arkansas Behavior Analyst Licensure Act establishing licensure requirements for behavior analysts to practice independently in Arkansas under the Arkansas Psychology Board

Requires applicants to submit an application, fees, criminal background check clearance, and evidence of current board-certified behavior analyst or board-certified behavior analyst-doctoral certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.

Licenses are granted for two-year periods and renewed upon submission of renewal application, fees, and verification of current certification

Permits licensed psychologists, other licensed professionals, behavior technicians, caregivers, animal behaviorists, organizational consultants, students/fellows, and educators to practice applied behavior analysis without licensure under this subchapter if they meet specified conditions and do not misrepresent their credentials

Allows temporary licensure for up to 12 weeks per calendar year for out-of-state licensed behavior analysts and permits reciprocal licensure for those licensed in comparable jurisdictions
