Appropriates $11,693,063 from state operations funds to National Park College for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, including $9,016,888 for regular salaries and $1,350,000 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $15,925,000 from cash funds for personal services and operating expenses, including $2,100,000 for regular salaries, $1,400,000 for extra help, $3,850,000 for capital improvements, and $1,800,000 for debt service.

Establishes a maximum of 367 regular employees across administrative, academic, and auxiliary enterprise positions, with salary ranges from $35,187 to $188,490 for the President.

Authorizes up to 402 part-time or temporary extra help employees to be paid at rates not exceeding those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Effective July 1, 2023, with all disbursements subject to state procurement laws, accounting procedures, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
