Establishes a maximum of 1,025 regular employees for University of Arkansas - Fort Smith for fiscal year 2023-2024, with detailed salary ranges by position from Chancellor ($262,693) to entry-level administrative roles ($35,187-$46,303)

Authorizes up to 910 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act
