Amends Arkansas Code § 20-77-2303(b)(3) to modify home caregiver training requirements that must be approved by the Department of Health.

Requires at least 4 of the 40 required training hours to specifically cover Alzheimer's disease and dementia, including communication skills, problem-solving with challenging behaviors, assistance with daily living, and disease explanation.

Requires at least 16 of the 40 required training hours to cover physical skills demonstration including ambulation, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, oral hygiene, range of motion, toileting, and transfer techniques.

Maintains existing training requirements in body functions, body mechanics, safety, emergency procedures, household safety, infection control, ethical considerations, nutrition, documentation, healthcare team roles, and nail and skin care.
