AR HB1273

Adds a requirement that healthcare sharing ministries provide identification cards to participants indicating their membership in a healthcare sharing ministry.

Defines "short-term, limited duration insurance" as a health benefit plan with an expiration date less than 12 months after the original effective date and a total duration of no longer than 36 months when including renewals or extensions.

Requires healthcare payors to issue identification cards to members that indicate whether the health benefit plan is insured, self-funded, or short-term, limited-duration insurance.
