Amends Arkansas Code § 23-99-1114 to prohibit insurance policies from requiring step therapy for antipsychotic prescription drugs used to treat psychosis and serious mental illness.

Insurance policies providing coverage for psychosis and serious mental illness through antipsychotic drugs cannot mandate step therapy for FDA-approved drugs on the formulary.

Defines "psychosis" as a condition affecting the mind and how the brain processes information, including delusions and hallucinations.

Defines "serious mental illness" as a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder resulting in serious functional impairment that substantially interferes with one or more major life activities.

Permits access to both generic and name brand drugs under the same chemical or generic name without considering such coverage as step therapy for psychosis and serious mental illness treatment.
