Amends Arkansas Code § 9-15-204(a)(1) to clarify language regarding hearings on petitions for orders of protection, requiring courts to hold hearings not later than 30 days from filing or at the next court date, whichever is later.

Amends Arkansas Code § 9-15-206(a) to clarify language regarding temporary orders of protection when immediate danger of domestic abuse is alleged or when a respondent is scheduled for release from incarceration within 30 days.

Establishes that the act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987.

Declares that this act shall not repeal other acts passed during the 94th General Assembly regular session, and that conflicting provisions from the 94th General Assembly shall take precedence.
