Amends Arkansas Code § 10-2-111 to correct the classification of unauthorized use of the House roll call system from "misdemeanor" to "violation" and corrects grammar by changing "shall willfully cause" to "causes" and "shall be" to "is"

Maintains criminal penalties for tampering with the electric roll call system or operating a voting station without authorization, with fines between $100 and $5,000

Amends Arkansas Code § 10-4-429(e) to clarify that security incident reports are exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967

Establishes that the act makes only technical corrections and shall not expressly or impliedly repeal other acts from the 94th General Assembly's regular session

Specifies that in case of conflict with other regular session acts, those acts shall be treated as subsequent legislation and Section 1-2-107 shall not apply
